Hike to Crêt de la Dame
Last fall, I went on a hike to Crêt de la Dame, a small mountain near Pont de la Caille.
Here is a map of the path I walked (download KML):
In the morning, I took a LIHSA bus (line T72) from Annecy and got off at the Pont de la Caille. I crossed the bridge then went around Mont Pelé to reach the trailhead of Crêt de la Dame. I started on the short ascent to the summit. Midway, there was a viewpoint with a good view on Lake Annecy. There was not really a view at the summit though. I walked down the same way then headed to La Balme de Sillingy by taking a trail along Montagne de la Mandallaz. At La Balme, I boarded another LIHSA bus (line 22) to get back to Annecy.
