Parc Kellermann is a public park located in the 13th arrondissement of Paris. It was created between 1939 and 1950 on the former bed of the Bièvre river.

Eglise Saint-Etienne-du-Mont
Eglise Saint-Etienne-du-Mont is a catholic church located on Montagne Sainte-Geneviève right next to the Panthéon. Its construction was completed in the 17th century. The church contains the shrine of Sainte-Geneviève, the patron saint of Paris. It also houses the remains of Blaise Pascal and is well known for its stained glasses (Galerie du cloître du charnier).

Les Etoiles d'Ivry
Les Etoiles d’Ivry (Stars of Ivry), aka Les Etoiles de Renaudie, are a mixed-used development in Ivry-sur-Seine. It was designed in the 1960’s by architect Jean Renaudie as part of the urban renewal of the city centre of Ivry. The name comes from the use of triangles as the main building block of the design.

Sichuan boiled beef (水煮牛肉 – “shuizhu niurou” in Chinese; “marmite de boeuf piquant” in French).
This is a classic dish from the province of Sichuan in southwestern China. It was very spicy and really good. It was only my first time eating this dish and, after Asia Room, I had it at many other restaurants in Paris.

The Grande Mosquée de Paris (Great Mosque of Paris) is located in the 5th arrondissement of Paris and is one of the largest mosques in France. It was built in the Moorish Revival architecture style and inaugurated in 1926.
Fontaine Cuvier
The Fontaine Cuvier (Cuvier Fountain) is a fountain in the 5th arrondissement of Paris, next to the Jardin des Plantes. It is named after French paleontologist Georges Cuvier.
Hôtel de Mercy-Argenteau (Mozilla Foundation)
The Hôtel de Mercy-Argenteau is a building located in the 9th arrondissement of Paris. It was built in the 18th century and served as the residence of the ambassador of Austria. Nowadays, it houses the Parisian office of the Mozilla Foundation. It is usually open to the general public once a year for the European Heritage Days (Journées Européennes du Patrimoine).

Les Galeries Lafayette is an upmarket French department store chain. Its flagship store is on Boulevard Haussmann in the 9th arrondissement of Paris: The rooftop (La Terrasse des Galeries Lafayette) is open to the public and offers a good view on Paris.
