Tonkotsu Ramen “Akamaru” Special.
This is the first shop in France of the famous Ippudo ramen chain. Service and taste are both very good and similar to what I remember from eating at their restaurants in Japan.
Jidori shoyu soba, with additional ajitama egg. The noodles are made in the shop.

The Tour Montparnasse is a 210-meter office tower in Paris. It was the tallest building in France until 2011. Its roof is open to the public and provides a great view on the city.
It is possible to choose the spice level from 0 to 5. I got level 1 since I had read it was very spicy but it wasn’t really though…
