Hike to Pointe des Brasses & Lac du Môle
In the spring of 2023, I went on a hike to Pointe des Brasses, starting in Villard and ending in La Tour.

In the morning, I woke up early to catch a train to Annemasse then switched to a Car Région bus (line Y04) to Villard. I started walking towards Col du Perret and Bogève. I kept going up, passing through dirt and paved roads until I reached the ski resort (Station des Brasses). I then followed a ski track to the summit. There was a great view from there on all the Chablais mountains, as well as Mont Blanc. On the way down, I passed through a pasture on the way to Chalets de La Joux then walked all the way down to Viuz-en-Sallaz and Lac du Môle. I walked a loop around the lake then went to La Tour in order to catch a Proxim iTi bus to the Marignier train station.
