Hike to Lacs de la Tempête
At the end of summer, I went on a hike to Lacs de la Tempête in the Beaufortain mountains.
Here is a map of the path I walked (download KML):
In the morning, I went to Lac de Saint-Guérin by car with my father. In July and August, it is also possible to take a shuttle from Albertville. Starting from the Saint-Guérin dam, I first went around the lake on the east shore then took the trail up to Col de la Louze then kept going to Lacs de la Tempête, below Le Grand Mont. I ate lunch then went down to the lake using the same path. Finally, I walked along the west shore of the lake then crossed the dam to get back to the starting point.
