Zhajiangmian Noodles at Fresh Noodles in Paris

Zhajiangmian noodles.

There were 2 choices of noodles, both made to order: Hand-stretched and knife-shaved (刀削面 dao xiao mian or toshomen). I got the toshomen. It was very good.
