Tonkotsu Ramen at Ippudo in Paris
Tonkotsu Ramen “Akamaru” Special.
This is the first shop in France of the famous Ippudo ramen chain. Service and taste are both very good and similar to what I remember from eating at their restaurants in Japan.
Below, I came back some time later to try out their spicy tonkotsu ramen “Karaka”, my favorite Ippudo ramen.
